Ark Bloc Punggol, part of the Arkkies gym group, combines a bouldering area with calisthenics and strongman training equipment such as tyres, Atlas stones and a Hercules Hold. The gym says it was the first in Singapore with mirror climbing walls.
A single day pass is S$28 (walk-in only) and gives full-day use of all facilities. There is a 3-entry pass for S$58, a shareable 10-entry pack for S$168 and an unlimited monthly membership at S$90 with no lock-in contract.
The gym is for ages 16 and above; children from 5 may climb only when accompanied by an adult. It suits climbers who also want strength and conditioning work in the same visit.
Weekend afternoons are busiest. First visit? Allow time for the safety briefing.
