ClimbUp is a large climbing centre on level 4 of i12 Katong. Its Climbing Zone has 42 structured lanes and about 150 routes graded from Foundation through Levels 1–6 to Masterclass, its Fun Zone has 8 fun-climb lanes, and a lounge has free drinks for climbers and parents.
The centre is built around coached programmes rather than casual drop-in climbing: ClimbKids classes for children aged 4 and up (a one-hour beginner lesson is S$49), ClimbFit sessions combining climbing with CrossFit-style training for adults, holiday camps, birthday parties and team-bonding events. Enquiries and bookings go through WhatsApp.
It is best suited to families looking for structured kids' climbing classes and to groups booking an event.
Weekend afternoons are busiest. First visit? Allow time for the safety briefing.
