UpWall Climbing is a roped climbing gym at E!Hub@Downtown East in Pasir Ris. It has 15 auto-belay lanes, 10 top-rope lanes and 8 lead lanes, along with a competition wall that is reset regularly.
A single gym entry is S$25 and gives free-and-easy climbing for the day; 5- and 10-entry multi-passes cost S$100 and S$180 and can be shared, and a monthly pass is S$85. Children 12 and under need a supervising adult, who pays S$10 if not climbing.
UpWall runs SNCS certification courses, climbing classes, special-needs climbing sessions and birthday parties, so it suits families in the east as well as climbers learning to belay and lead.
Weekend afternoons are busiest. First visit? Allow time for the safety briefing.
