Z-Vertigo Boulder Gym is a compact bouldering gym in the basement of Bukit Timah Shopping Centre. It sets a mix of technical and dynamic routes that are updated regularly, and capacity is limited to 25 climbers at a time; the website has a live counter.
Entry is walk-in only: adults pay S$18, with lower youth and child rates, and shoes rent for S$5. A 10-pass costs S$150 and a three-month season pass is also available.
The gym runs a coached 90-minute Intro to Bouldering session on weekends, plus kids' and youth bouldering classes, which makes it a low-cost starting point for beginners in the west.
Weekend afternoons are busiest. First visit? Allow time for the safety briefing.
