Real Rocks Climbing has run guided climbing at Railay Beach for over 16 years. Group trips are capped at three to four climbers per guide, and transfers from Ao Nang hotels are free (other areas cost extra). Every trip includes a certified guide, climbing gear, accident insurance and water.
The half-day group climb costs ฿1,500 (children ฿1,200) and suits kids from age 5. A full-day climbing, caving and abseiling adventure costs ฿2,600 and includes an abseil from a viewpoint above Railay. Real Rocks also runs private trips and private certification courses. It says its instructors are licensed to issue Sport Climbing Levels 1–3 certificates, which come with a manual and logbook.
It suits families and beginners staying in Ao Nang who want transfers sorted, and anyone who wants a formal climbing certification.
