Beefy Boulders Tay Ho is the original of the two Beefy Boulders gyms in Hanoi. It is fully air-conditioned and has a 4.5m competition wall, top-out boulders, a 2019 MoonBoard and a dedicated training area.
An adult day pass is 210,000 VND (190,000 VND for 22 and under), with shoe and chalk rental at 30,000 VND each. The 550,000 VND Starter Pack gives two weeks of unlimited climbing with free rentals, and memberships cover both locations.
A beginner class runs every Saturday from 2–3pm at this gym (70,000 VND for members, 100,000 VND for non-members).
Weekend afternoons are busiest. First visit? Allow time for the safety briefing.
