Climb Go Where

Hanoi

Hanoi has four bouldering gyms on Climb Go Where. VietClimb and Beefy Boulders Tay Ho are both in Tay Ho near West Lake, Beefy Boulders My Dinh is in Nam Tu Liem, and Hanoi Climbing Hub is across the river in Long Bien.

Day passes are 160,000 VND at Hanoi Climbing Hub, 180,000 VND at VietClimb and 210,000 VND at both Beefy Boulders gyms. VietClimb, Hanoi Climbing Hub and Beefy Boulders Tay Ho run intro classes, VietClimb and Hanoi Climbing Hub have kids' sessions, and VietClimb has a café. Hanoi Climbing Hub and both Beefy Boulders gyms hire out gear.

For outdoor rock, VietClimb runs weekend trips to the limestone at Huu Lung, about two hours from Hanoi, and Cat Ba island offers sport climbing and deep water soloing. Hanoi has a cool winter and a hot, humid summer, so autumn and spring are the most comfortable times to add a crag trip.
