Hong Kong Climbing Park is on Level 2 of the Belair Gardens shopping arcade in Sha Tin. It combines a high lead and top-rope wall, a separate bouldering zone, a Ninja Warrior and gym area, a yoga studio and a dining area, under the same team as Go Nature HK.
Beginners can take an introductory course on either the high wall or the bouldering wall, and there is a kids' experience course. Independent rope climbing requires the park's climbing assessment. The centre also runs sport climbing certificate courses (levels 1–3), rock climbing and mountain craft courses, multi-pitch and route-setter training, and regular kids' classes. Harness and shoe rental is HK$30 per item; children 11 and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Well suited to families and to climbers wanting structured courses; it is about a 15-minute walk from City One MTR station (Exit A).
Weekend afternoons are busiest. First visit? Allow time for the safety briefing.
